ASSISTANT OF HEAD OF LABOUR RELATIONS, SOCIAL POLICIES AND LABOUR LAW (M/F)

position summary:

To provide mostly an administrative support to labour-relation activities (HA and HP services)

HA is the “Labour Relations, Social Policies and Labour Law” service, within the Human Resources Department. It manages the following activities:
  • Supports business developments through innovative social policies
  • Secures the business by Ensuring the respect of the legal and conventional regulation in term of labour law
  • Communicates on social policies
  • Ensures a favourable social climate
  • Pilots the protection of personal data

main responsabilities:

  • Prepare and organize meetings with staff representatives
  • Provide administrative support to the service activities (mail preparation, files, etc.)
  • Preparation of meeting support
  • Drafting of communication support (internal and external to the service)
  • Register and track requests of service purchase

key skills / key personal attributes / experience required:

Bachelor degree with apprenticeship or internship experience through the previous diploma
Presenting the expected skills:
  • Business skills: ability to organize and manage time (his/her own time and team time), synthesis skills, discretion and confidentiality respect, editorial ability, efficiency to communicate with his/her direct work environment, sense of customer service
  • Language skills: fluent in French (written and oral) / intermediate level in English
  • Computer skills: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Social skills: teamwork, entrepreneurship, creativity, rigour
