Airworthiness Management Analyst (F/M)

position summary:

In the frame of EASA PART M approved ATR CAMO activities, the mission consists in:
  • Performing continuing airworthiness tasks linked during aircraft transitions (recovery/storage/delivery),
  • Ensuring daily monitoring of in-service customer fleet (analysis and update of techlogs, HIL, MEL, kardex, maintenance planning and launching, engine health monitoring analysis, etc.),

main responsabilities:

Perform continuing airworthiness management in compliance with approved maintenance programme, Create, update, analyse and upload aircraft maintenance programme Recover and compile airworthiness management data (daily data through techlogs for in-service aircraft, general data through aircraft recovery), Set-up maintenance check follow-up, launching, working party report analysis, aircraft data update and management of defects, Create, upload and update aircraft kardex, Ensure AD/CN monitoring and author bi-weekly reports, Analyse Airworthiness directives and service bulletins, Attend the different meeting as stipulated in the customer contracts, Perform the upload and the update of airworthiness statuses (AD, LLP, TTC, modifications, repairs) and present statuses to authority and/or customer, Produce deliverables related to airworthiness management of aircraft in transition (recovey/delivery), Perform airworthiness records analysis in the frame of aircraft recovery, Define tasks and control their performance for aircraft storage/destorage, Analyse airline reliability data Perform control of continuing airworthiness management deliverables and statuses, Ensure project management for individual aircraft transition.
 

key skills / key personal attributes / experience required:

  • Experience:  between 5 and 10 years work experience including at least 3 years on equivalent position.
  • Initial training: Aeronautical technician or engineer (IMA, ESTACA, BTS Aéronautique, IAAG, ENAC, ISAE, etc.)
  • Language: English technical
  • IT: standard usage with MIS, Microsoft outlook, word, xls
  • Soft skills: Capability to work in team and in a transversal manner through all ATR company , customer relationship and interface with the national aviation authorities, diplomacy.
  • Specific constraints: Availability for frequent trips in France and abroad ( Missions from 1 week to 3 weeks, around 3 months per year), flexibility in working Hours depending on operational constraints
